About this role :

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our Family Medicine Clinic, you will work with a team of healthcare prof essionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide primary care / family medicine care to our patients at our Pahrump Clinic location (about 45 minutes west of Las Vegas NV).

This position includes a Relo cation incentive of u p to $7,500.00 OR $5,000 .00 Starting Bonus

You will practice at Intermountain P ahrump Clinic

Your schedule will be 4 10-hour workdays per week during the clinic hours of Monday through Satur day 730AM - 5PM

1 day every 2 weeks is virtual from your home / remote office

There are no on-call responsibilities

What youll bring :

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
