Grant Thornton is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as the Global Head of Product Innovation. This executive will lead the global product development lifecyclefrom concept to launchacross multiple markets and regions. A key focus will be scaling product development across global centers, driving innovation, speed, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the global product development and engineering strategy, aligning product and technology roadmaps with business objectives and market opportunities, building and scaling product capabilities across international delivery centers, standardizing processes and governance to ensure consistency and quality across regions, optimizing global resource allocation and leveraging time zone advantages, leading high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence, and overseeing the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product development leadership, with global scope, and a proven success in scaling product development across international centers. They should have a deep understanding of software development, hardware integration, and product lifecycle management, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. Preferred experience includes knowledge of multiple programming languages, software development methodologies, database expertise, and understanding of AI and ML frameworks.
