As a Clinical Nurse, you will :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, conduct treatments, perform procedures and special tests, while documenting all care in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
• Evaluate and assess patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, ensuring the maintenance of professional nursing standards.
