We're looking for a product leader who can harness generative AI to fundamentally reimagine how millions of students learn - not incrementally improve what already exists. This is your chance to define what AI-powered education means . As our AI Product Manager, you'll be the orchestrator between breakthrough technology and classroom reality - shipping features that make teachers say "finally!" and students want to use. You'll move fast, validate relentlessly, and build products that prove AI isn't just hype in education.

• Ship-first mentality : You'd rather launch an imperfect v1 and iterate based on real usage than debate hypotheticals. Every sprint ends with something teachers and students can try.
• User obsession meets technical fluency : You can debug prompts with engineers at 10am and run teacher interviews at 2pm - translating between both worlds effortlessly.
• Data-driven storyteller : You wield analytics like a scalpel : finding truth, then crafting narratives that get entire teams to pivot. Your PRDs are calls to action backed by evidence.
• Responsible disruptor : You push boundaries while keeping student safety sacred. You know when to move fast and when ethics demand we slow down.
• Force multiplier : You make every team you touch more ambitious. Engineers want to build your vision, designers love your clarity, and curriculum teams trust your judgment on pedagogical integrity.

Position Information : This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to VP Product Management, AI Initiatives.

Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 108,688 and $ 150,000 per year . Eligible employees may also receive incentive / commission / annual bonus pay based on individual and / or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education / certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote .

Travel : You can also expect up to approximately 20 % travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
