Job Summary :

This role involves direct interaction with clients, focusing on analyzing business performance and designing / implementing tailored programs to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service, develop long-term client relationships, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to contract renewals and extensions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare business reviews
• Improve profitability
• Provide recommendations for program enhancements to optimize effectiveness and improve customer value
• Assists in operational set-up of new business
• Expedites day-to-day service problems
• Build and sustain relationships with clients
• Conducts financial analysis
