Crisis Clinician (LMHP-E)

Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is a licensed behavioral health organization providing crisis services. The Licensed Mental Health Professional-Eligible (LMHP-E) delivers clinical support and direct mental health services within Crisis Services in alignment with DBHDS licensing requirements and Virginia Medicaid Behavioral Health guidelines. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, coordinating individualized care, and providing trauma-informed, person-centered crisis interventions for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric distress under the supervision of a licensed professional (LMHP).

Salary Range : $32-$42 per hour

Hybrid (some on-site work required in Colonial Heights, Virginia and surrounding areas)

This is a position in a crisis service and may include supporting individuals in crisis in the evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts as required.

Clinicians are required to use their personal vehicles or company vehicles to perform some of the duties assigned to their jobs.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Conduct timely face-to-face comprehensive assessments upon admission and throughout the episode of care.
• Develop and implement individualized crisis stabilization and safety plans.
• Deliver brief, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support recovery-oriented care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and facilitate linkages to community-based behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, nurses, and behavioral
