CNC Machinist w / Programming Skills (Any Shift) - Permanent Job

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities :

• Setup, operate, edit and program CNC lathe and / or CNC milling
• Perform multiple complex setups and operate a variety of CNC or hybrid machine shop equipment
• Working with extremely close tolerances and maintain critical finishes
• Set up fixture components for jobs that require CNC machining and manual machines
• Set machine origins in accordance with the set-up instructions
• Work to machine dimensions and maintain close tolerances and correlated dimensions with a high demand for squareness, concentricity, finish, and parallelism
• Set and load all tools in conjunction with set-up instructions to complete assigned jobs
• Work from basic blueprints, material requests, methods sheets, or other written work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments
• Inspect in-process or finished parts and feature characteristics as well as manufacturing methods to blueprint specifications.

Qualifications :

Hours available;

First Shift - start between 5 am and 7 am

Second Shift - start between 3 : 30 and 4 : 30

Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday) 10 pm – 6 : 30

The pay is up to $40.00 an hour plus shift differential based on experience
