Compensation : $30 - $38 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Assign crew members to specific tasks and projects based on skills and experience
• Conduct regular safety meetings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement and recognition
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition
• Conduct pre- and post-operation to ensure safety and customer satisfaction
