Job description

As a Recruiter / Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for your assigned clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent to their organizations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for your clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to source and attract candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the recruitment process for your clients.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and report on key metrics to clients and internal management.

Skills / Qualifications :

  • High School diploma with experience in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
