JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join Disney Entertainment & Product Technology's Business Operations Shared Services organization. This role is instrumental in driving strategy, optimizing processes, and ensuring the flawless execution of high-visibility, customer-facing cross-product launches within Disney's media business, including streaming services, advertising, and distribution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming how audiences engage with Disney's content by spearheading innovative Quality Assurance practices and enhancing testing capabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Act as a strategic thought partner to engineering directors and QA leaders, driving improvements in testing capabilities with urgency.
• Communicate strategic program objectives, status, and risks effectively to promote accountability and transparency.
• Proactively monitor team progress against deliverables, ensuring on-track completion and identifying solutions to maintain momentum.
• Immerse in technical domains to drive transformative cross-organizational initiatives alongside engineering managers.
• Foster a community of continuous learning and process refinement among engineering teams.

Must have Skills

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in media, entertainment, streaming services, or related digital product technology domains is highly preferred.
