Job Opportunity : Vaccine Customer Representative
The Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) supports customers by providing clinical information on our company's vaccines, as well as education and resources. The VCR is the primary point of contact for a variety of customers within their assigned geography, including healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers. The VCR is a key member of the local customer team and works collaboratively with other field-based employees.
Primary Responsibilities & Activities include :
- Engaging in balanced product sales presentations with health care providers and business professionals.
- Providing updates on customer needs and progress towards quality goals.
- Keeping apprised of professional and health care environment knowledge through self-study and attendance at workshops and conferences.
- Utilizing analytical skills and tools to engage customers in quarterly business reviews.
- Assisting customers with education to improve their organization's immunization rates.
- Monitoring business performance against objectives.
- Developing a territory level business plan that focuses on improving immunization rates.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements :
S1 level : Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years sales experience or a minimum of high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.S2 level : Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years sales experience or a minimum of high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.Valid Driver's License.Ability to travel within assigned territory.Required Skills :
S1 level : Demonstrated aptitude to excel in educational or professional roles. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.S2 level : All skills as listed above for S1. Demonstrated strong ability to build trust with customers and demonstrate value in selling situations.
