Overview
Salary : $72,000-$80,000. Rate is dependent on licensure status.
The PBS Qualified Clinician will work as a member of Advocates DS / BI Clinical Department to promote Positive Behavioral Support systems across Residential Programs. The PBS Clinician will work with residential and day services teams in the assessment of skills / challenges, crisis support, developing behavioral support plans, psychotropic med treatment plans, training and data tracking systems for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact change within various smaller team settings, while working as part of a department in conjunction with other behavioral clinicians. Supported locations include : Lexington, Boston, Rockport, Beverly, North Reading and Woburn.
