DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This Business Analyst 2 position is a critical member of the SERS Bureau of Information Technology (BIT), which provides a variety of support functions to business areas. The business analyst team works to improve process functions; interpret legislative changes as they relate to internal benefits systems; facilitate business requirement gathering sessions; liaise with developers to ensure such requirements are developed and implemented; develop and execute test scripts; and triage Help Desk issues to determine next steps. This position works in conjunction with higher-level business analysts to provide superb customer service to SERS business areas while maintaining high levels of productivity.
