Job Description
Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Oversee compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities to minimize downtime. Drive initiatives focused on sustainability and innovation within various industries you will serve.

The Successful Applicant
A strong background in operations management within the engineering and manufacturing sector. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A technical degree is preferred, but relevant experience can be taken into account.
