ICU RN Job Details Location : Yuma, AZ 85364 (Arizona nursing jobs) Setting : Acute Care – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Start Date : November 3, 2025 End Date : February 2, 2026 Duration : 13-week contract Shift : 12 Hour Nights (18 : 45 – 07 : 15) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Weekend Requirement : 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period Holiday Requirement : 2 major holidays during assignment Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990 - $2130 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license (Arizona or compact state) Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience in a Level I or II trauma hospital Proficiency with Epic EMR Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Experience with ventilators, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, and respiratory cases Ability to titrate a wide variety of critical care drips Flexibility to float to other hospital units as needed ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients with complex medical conditions Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress using Epic EMR Titrate and administer critical care drips, including vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, sedatives, paralytics, analgesics, and anticoagulants Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary healthcare professionals Respond to codes and rapid response situations as needed Float to other units when required, maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios Participate in unit orientation and ongoing competency training Discover the benefits of travel nursing jobs in Yuma, Arizona, and make a meaningful impact in critical care.
