Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois is looking for an energetic person that is passionate about taking care of others. The current position is as needed and would have 12-hour shifts available that are day or night shift options.

CNA / Patient Care Technician who can make a difference in the community by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide great care for the best outcomes and be a part of the 5-Star Patient Satisfaction Team. Responsibilities :

• Identifies patient care needs by working as a team and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Promotes a compassionate environment by providing support to patients, friends, and families.
• Promotes patient's independence by working on the patient care goals with the health care team.
• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records timely.
