Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Area Sales Intern to support our sales and category management teams in executing various sales strategies and analyses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, product placement, and business intelligence collaboration within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating line reviews, communicating with customers, and driving sales optimization initiatives.

Primary Duties

• Assist Category Manager & Sales with execution of front room line reviews including : Building POGs, creating internal / external PPTs, presenting to the customer, and follow up activities post close
• Assist in building quarterly Gap / Rocket recommendations at SKU level with guidance from BI
• Optimize sales by assisting in introducing new products and creating initial stocking suggestions for new items via collaboration with BI
• Works with Advance to get all approved part numbers setup
• Facilitate monthly communication with customers on Hero Sku's to achieve business goals
• Lead team in competitive retail analysis
• Organize and analyze performance metrics with BI terminating in quarterly KPI reports
• Run Weekly Internal and External account Meetings
• Other duties as assigned
