Senior Project Manager, Claims

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Claims Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives involving people, process, data, and technology

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards

Lead vendor and stakeholder management, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

5-7 years of project / program management experience with direct impact on Claims Operations

Formal training in project management, process improvement, or healthcare operations is preferred

Experience with multi-vendor, multi-system implementations and change management

PMP certification is strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is also preferred
