Responsibilities May Include :

• Personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility needs.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Monitor and report any changes in health, behavior or condition.
• Light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning and organizing.
• Run errands to pick up client needs or transport in client vehicle.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and ensure all care is provided with dignity and respect.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, family members and other healthcare professionals.
