As a Preschool Teacher, you will :

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You :

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• 2+ years experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma / GED (required)
• Ability to meet state / local childcare licensing requirement

CDA Credential : A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement.

• Associate's Degree : An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is another option.
• Technical Certificates / Diplomas : A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development also meets the requirement.
• Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education, is another acceptable qualification.
• Other Credentials : In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
