Compensation Range (Washington Only) $19.50 - $22.00 an hour

Position Description : Laborers have general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Laborers employed by Hensel Phelps provide support for the overall safety, organization, efficiency, and cleanliness of the jobsite for all construction operations in general. This is a safety sensitive position.

General duties to include but not limited to :

• Sweeping floors
• Housekeeping
• Garbage maintenance and upkeep
• Temporary perimeter fence / security / appearance setup, maintenance and upkeep
• SWPPP maintenance and upkeep
• Water intrusion control setup and maintenance
• Temporary building envelope protection setup and maintenance
• Hole protection setup and maintenance
• Guardrail protection setup and maintenance
• Misc. safety setup and maintenance
• Manual material management and organization
• Manual material delivery unloading / loading
• Ability to safely maneuver up and down, and across multiple building levels, stairs and jobsite
• Ability to manually lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to consistently work the jobsite work hours of a 4-10 schedule, and availability to work Fridays if requested
