Key Responsibilities

Create and implement a comprehensive IT change communication strategy

Apply structured methodology to lead change communications management activities

Work closely with teams to create high-quality materials that simplify complex IT processes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications

10+ years of experience with collaboration tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack)

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, change management, or related field

Certification in a formal change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
