• Summary : A Potato Unloadermust possess strong organizational skills, leadership skills and the ability to interact with both management and co-workers. Dedication, dependability, and willingness to learn are a must.As an Unloader, job duties include,butare not limited to, the raw grading of incoming potato loads, following precise Conditional Acceptance and Reject Criteria and work procedures, following all Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) requirements for perishable items (potatoes), monitoring and performing potato quality tests and data collection. Potato Unloader must also be able to react to direction from quality assurance and management personnel.
