Required Qualifications :

1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

License, Certification, Registration

Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

BLS / ACLS (AHA)

Schedule Notes : Surgical Transplant Requirements : Stepdown / PCU experience. Travel Experience. Transplant experience preferred. 4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed stepdown and acute care floor which cares for post-surgical kidney, liver and pancreas transplant patients. They also care for pre-transplant patients who are being evaluated for a transplant during their inpatient stay. Patients require close monitoring for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery. This is NOT a PACU position.
