Job descriptionFlexible Scheduling (Office open : Monday - Saturday) 4-8 hours daily 50-minute therapy sessions with notes Competitive compensation based on semi-annual & annual evaluations Free scheduling and billing provided by administrative staff Access to in-house psychiatrist Provide individual psychotherapy for clients ages 13-65 Develop individualized treatment plans for all clients Surmise complete and accurate daily documentation for clients Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists and nurse practitioners Effectively communicate with authorized family members Minimum master degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Previous experience as a mental health therapist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in substance abuse therapy is desired

Job Summary
Seeking motivated therapist for small, comfortable private practice in Carlsbad CA for 1-2 days a week. Hybrid environment with ability to work from home and in-person. Customary 50-minute client sessions with 3-8 sessions per day. 1099 employment, $60-$85 / hr with Master(s) or higher degree and based upon prior work experience. Require a minimum of 1 day in-person commitment per week. Saturdays are optional. Pay increase increases as well as bonus incentives are available.
