Must-Have :

1. Experience in home health and hospice

2. Ability to manage a case load of 20-25 patients

3. Skills in Oasis, hospice philosophy, infection control practices, wound care, and IV infusions

4. Ability to drive at night

Description :

This position involves fieldwork in a designated service area.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 to 16 : 30.

Staff will be required to work every third weekend and up to one call shift per week.

Holiday work expectations will be discussed during the interview.

Travelers must live more than 100 miles away from the facility.

Nurses will provide care to patients in their homes, managing a case load effectively.

Nurses will be responsible for various patient care tasks, including lab draws, wound care, and IV infusions.

This role requires a focus on quality patient care in a hospice setting.
