  • Shift : 12-hour night shifts\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1680 - $1800\n
  • Travel Nursing Experience : Required\n

    • \n\nPCU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Stepdown Unit (SDU) or Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) experience\n
  • Proficient with ventilator management at the IMC level\n
  • Prior travel nursing experience in U.S. healthcare jobs\n
  • Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification\n
  • Successful completion of Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide provided)\n
  • Ability to manage a 1 : 5 nurse-to-patient ratio during night shifts\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
  • Administer medications and manage critical drips (Cardizem titration, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Lasix, Bumex)\n
  • Deliver care for patients requiring BiPAP, CPAP, high flow oxygen, HHFNC, and ventilator support\n
  • Provide clinical support for cardiac (NSTEMI, stress tests, cardioversions, TEE), neuro, renal, GI, and respiratory patients\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and advocate for patient needs\n
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and procedures\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards\n
  • Respond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditions in a fast-paced clinical setting\n
