Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter to analyze and underwrite residential mortgage loans outside traditional agency guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Review and underwrite Non-QM loans including various borrower profiles

Analyze complex income documentation and evaluate loan eligibility

Issue underwriting decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience required

Recent experience in Non-QM and wholesale underwriting required

Knowledge of Non-QM, Jumbo, and residential loan products

Proficiency with Encompass LOS and AUS systems preferred
