Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate VP staff meetings to ensure effectiveness

Manage the Tandem strategic planning process, including roadmaps and metrics

Develop and execute the organization's communication strategy for C-level interactions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program and / or process management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or MBA preferred

Experience in managing change across complex organizations

Proficiency with AI tools, Miro, Airtable, and Microsoft O365

Background in building and executing technical communication plans
