As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Full Time in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols and visible presence. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday to Friday : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
  • Communicate with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and relay information regarding site policies and procedures.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal standards.

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
