Insight Global's fortune 50 client is seeking a Customer Success Product Manager to come join their organization. This resource will be operating as a community manager helping manage an internal AI chat box software powered by multiple LLMS and providing a very similar functionality to ChatGPT enterprise or CoPilot but at scale and with data privacy. This software will be utilized by over 50k internal employees. Understanding of of AI / ChatBox / ML software is required. Responsibilities include :
