Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting serving a 5th grade male student with behavioral challenges. This full-time, contract position involves working Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., supporting the student on a one-to-one basis and performing essential RBT responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide individualized 1 : 1 behavioral support to a 5th-grade student
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection in accordance with RBT protocols
  • Collaborate with educational staff to promote the student's progress
  • Maintain consistent munication regarding the students needs and advancements
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices as outlined for RBT professionals
  • Qualifications and Experience :

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
  • Experience working with school-aged children exhibiting behavioral challenges preferred
  • Must have BCBA supervision arranged independently or be open to virtual BCBA supervision provided by the agency, as onsite BCBA supervision is not available
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a school environment
