Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel MUST READ RN-LTC / SNF Role : Registered Nurse (RN) Overview : Provides clinical leadership to neighborhoods, supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values through high-quality clinical services. Responsibilities : Leads and directs clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and person-centered care . Provides nursing assessments, evaluations , and coordinates care with household staff. Ensures safe, sanitary, and efficient practices aligned with professional nursing standards . Oversees documentation, medication administration, safety, sanitation, and staff development . Supports fiscal efficiency and maintains appropriate staffing levels. Promotes collaboration and communication with physicians, departments, and care providers. Demonstrates dementia sensitivity and provides individualized, person-centered care.
