Essential Responsibilities and duties
Plan and organize recruiting activities, serving clients of our HR Department, including helping develop relevant strategic recruiting plans and business staffing goals, objectives, and processes.Create sourcing plans to identify the best strategies and sources of IT professionals.Work with Team Leaders and other Position Sponsors to determine selection criteria for candidates, including helping to select and improve assessment instruments and methods.Lead recruitment efforts, writing and placing advertisements, targeting under-represented communities, conducting reference checks, and working with sponsors to assess candidates.Screen potential candidates to evaluate their potential to meet specified job requirements and evaluate their culture fit.Schedule interviews with candidates.Work with HR to identify the best candidates.Work with the HR Department to develop plans, policies, and procedures to encourage and sustain diverse high-performance teams and help everyone thrive and belong. Provide support for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the HR functions.Review organizational designs, including job descriptions, and help define roles, policies, and procedures that clarify and assert clear authority and responsibilities (e.g., managing functional matrix process owners across lines of business authority) and build joyful teams.Work with HR to develop and maintain programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including immigration regulations and affirmative action programs.Help develop vendor management processes, especially for third-party personnel / contractors.Help manage and track training programs.Help develop and issue press releases for promotions, new hires, new business, and blogging about best practices and other topics of interest.For more information, visit
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES

A bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of Recruiting experience; or a combination of an associate’s degree and more than five (5) years of Recruiting experience.
Experience working with and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Benefits & Compensation
The salary for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending upon factors such as qualifications, experience, skill levels, technical competencies, and other criteria. Straight-time overtime may sometimes be available too. Here are some of our other benefits :

This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Requires you to work in our Okemos Office 2 to 3 days per week.
