Coverage Requested :

February 3-7February 24-28March 3-7March 31-April 4April 14-18April 21-25April 28-May 2May - any M-FJune - any M-F

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8-5)

Additional Clinical Role :

Typically 1-1.5 Days in OR

Call : 2-3 Days Per Week

Full Scope ENT Services

Must be comfortable with Trauma (They do take call for that)

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 Days (Clean files do qualify for Temp Privileges)

EMR : EPIC

License Requirements : Must have a PA License (having a NY license is a plus)
