Onsite – Oconomowoc, WI
Compensation and Benefits - $60,000-$65,000K plus full suite of benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401K match, etc)
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will assist with any compliance aspects of the business from a local standpoint including license management, accreditation and tracking / reporting of local compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reinforce Lead Safe Compliance.
- Assist with lease management and hub and fleet management.
- Manage licensing maintenance and applications.
- Maintain compliance management software.
- Maintain and prepare required information / paperwork for Liability audits.
- Create, modify, and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal standards.
- Communicate with external regulatory bodies to stay updated on new requirements and ensure proper reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Manage contract administration for all vendor and distributor contracts for appropriate time period, including term sheets and certificate of liability insurance.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of compliance and / or contract management experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.College degree preferred (Legal, Business Administration and / or relevant experience).Highly analytical with proven problem-solving skills. Duties require the analysis of numbers and facts to provide recommendations to the retail team.Strong communication skills – both oral and written.Highly organized with strong sense of urgency. Ability to independently handle multiple projects / tasks under the direction where duties and outcomes are established.Quick to adapt, build relationships, and navigate new environments with ease.Strong commitment to talent development and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.Reasons to Join Organization :
