Family Medicine Physician

StartDate : 2 / 16 / 2026 Pay Rate : $250000.00 - $300000.00

Join a dynamic and well-established primary care team in Northwest Indiana, just a short drive from downtown Chicago. We’re seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for hospital-employed positions that offer a rare blend of independence, high patient engagement, and a balanced lifestyle. These practices are deeply rooted in the community and supported by robust clinical infrastructure.

Position Overview

Collaborative, high-performing team with strong community ties
Outpatient-only setting with onsite specialists and in-house lab services
Flexible schedule : 4-day workweek totaling 36 clinical hours

Compensation & Benefits

Generous Base Salary

Quality and productivity bonuses averaging $10,000–$25,000 annually; realistic earnings exceed $300,000
