Experience with data migration, system configuration, and business process improvement. Project management awareness and cross-functional collaboration experience. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities :
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for new ERP system implementation.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align ERP functionality with company goals.
- Configure and test the ERP system; ensure accurate functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide user training, support, and system documentation.
- Drive process improvements and support data migration from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with business, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful ERP integration.
- Assist with ERP project planning, execution, and ongoing maintenance.
