Overview

Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, founded and led by Dr. Regina Crone, BCBA-D, since 2006. We approach the needs of each patient individually and as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team working with experts in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and counseling. Responsibilities

  • Taking and graphing data to document progress
  • Direct one-on-one naturalistic play-based therapy in-clinic
  • Implementing specified programs / procedures
  • Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
  • Attending team meetings and trainings
  • Daily positive engagement with families
  • Advancing your career through development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or related field preferred

    Starting compensation : $18.00–$21.00
