Job Title : Senior Scrum Master – Healthcare

Location : Remote

Compensation : 45-50$ / Hr on C2C / 1099

Work Authorization : GC, USC

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong healthcare IT experience to drive Agile delivery across complex programs. The role requires expertise in coaching teams, enabling high performance, and ensuring compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery of healthcare solutions (EHR / EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).
• Remove impediments, risks, and delivery bottlenecks to maintain velocity.
• Drive Agile maturity, coaching teams on Scrum / SAFe best practices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS) during delivery.
• Provide status reporting and metrics (velocity, burndown, release tracking) to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
