Job description

G Skin & Beauty Institute Nevada is seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Esthetics Laser Technician to join our esteemed team. Responsibilities :

  • Perform various laser treatments, such as laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, laser tattoo removal, and other cosmetic laser procedures.
  • Assess and evaluate patients' skin conditions to determine the most appropriate laser treatments.
  • Safely and effectively operate laser equipment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and infection control within the treatment areas.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience throughout the treatment process.
  • Educate patients about laser procedures, including pre and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless integration of laser treatments with other aesthetic procedures or patient care plans.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2] years of experience as a Laser Technician in a medical office or aesthetic clinic setting.
  • Valid certification in laser technology and Advanced Esthetics and / or laser safety training.
  • In-depth knowledge of various laser treatments, their indications, contraindications, and potential side effects.
  • Proficiency in operating laser equipment and familiarity with associated technologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and skincare principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and communicate with patients.
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced training facility environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry advancements.
