Your Role in Our Success

The Credit Analyst II is responsible for managing and monitoring a portfolio of commercial loans while ensuring compliance with CBS LLC underwriting guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial document review. The Portfolio Manager will serve as a key point of contact for credit unions, borrowers, and professional partners, ensuring the timely collection of financial information, completion of annual reviews, and ongoing risk management.

• Collect and evaluate financial information from credit unions, borrowers, and referral sources for periodic reviews, renewals, modifications, and risk rating assessments.
• Ensure timely completion of annual reviews, line of credit renewals, and modifications (rate, term, amortization).
• Monitor loan maturities, ensuring loans do not go past maturity dates.
• Track compliance with property tax and insurance requirements for assigned loans.
• Send financial letters requesting updated financials at least four times a year; which includes following up with borrowers regularly to ensure timely submission of financials
• Oversee the performance of assigned commercial loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with state, federal regulations, and bank policies
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, including leadership, regarding portfolio status and pending reviews
• Maintain a thorough understanding of CBS LLC underwriting guidelines and procedures.
