Job descriptionEnter and process vendor invoices and purchase orders. Assist with daily reconciliations and payment postings. Maintain vendor statements and support A / P and A / R tasks. Help prepare reports for month-end closing. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. 2+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support. Strong Excel and data entry accuracy. Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
