Travel Nurse RN - Educator - $2,176 per week at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center summary :

The Travel Nurse RN - Educator is responsible for providing onboarding and ongoing education for new nursing team members in a perioperative setting. This role includes quality audits and the development of educational resources to address practice gaps. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Master's Degree and Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing and Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred.
  • Perioperative Educator is responsible for the successful onboarding of new team members, as well as ensuring annual and ongoing education is conducted for all team members. Assist with orientation calendars and monitoring progress; regular rounding with new team members and preceptors to track progress. Assist with performing quality audits and creating education resources for gaps in practice.

    • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

    • Additional Details

  • Contract to Permanent position.
  • Proof of immunizations or declination for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap and Influenza.
  • TB testing within specified timeframe.
  • Ability to work without restrictions.
