Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our production processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and production staff to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing practices. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, troubleshooting process issues, recording data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in setting up operational parameters in ERP system such as Bill of Materials and Job Routings.
  • Perform routine process inspections and process checks to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze data to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, & quality teams to implement process improvements.
  • Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Support training efforts for new operators or process changes.
  • Participate in audits, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of process control systems and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software (e.g., MS Office, ERP experience such as SAP or Acumatica / MES production software).
  • Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends as needed.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • May involve standing, lifting, or operating machinery for extended periods.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in certain areas.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Work in a manufacturing / warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
