Shifts Available :

Helpline Care Coordinator (bilingual English / Spanish ) :

• Sunday-Thursday 12pm-9pm
• Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-1am
• Sunday-Thursday 12pm-9pm
• Overnight Sunday-Thursday 9pm-5 : 30am
• Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-11pm
• Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-9pm
• Sunday-Thursday 5pm-2am
• Sunday-Thursday 11am-8pm

The Helpline Counselor provides telephone information, referrals, crisis counseling as well as suicide intervention to callers upon completion of a thorough assessment and identification of most presenting needs. This position performs work of a specialized, confidential nature on matters that impact clients, counselors and contract compliance. Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills and attention to detail are required.
