Will be directed by Anesthesiologist General ratio 1 : 2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident can be up to 1 : 4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity CRNAs are medically directed typically 2-1 or 3-1. The Attending usually has a Resident in the other room so their primary focus is on that room and on teaching. Amount of coverage needed per month : Full time 4 x 10 / week 6 months Patients per day : Depends 1-9 / daily Patient population / age : All age spans no Neonatal Department description : CRNA would cover the following : Ortho Trauma Vascular Neuro No Heart EMR : EPIC preferred All providers will be required to work NORA Skills required : Intubation Central Line Arterial line Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks.
