Job descriptionCollect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results Maintain complete and accurate medical records Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including but not limited to, preventive health recommendations and habits Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports and examination results Maintain complete and accurate medical records Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings 1+ year of Primary Care experience MA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and / or Physician Assistant (PA) license ACLS and BLS certifications DEA registration Bilingual (English and Spanish) Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety
A Massachusetts-based health services network is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and / or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Primary Care team in Berkshire County.
About the Opportunity
- Shift : Days
- Schedule : Monday to Friday or potential for 4-day work week. 36 hours Clinical and 4 hours admin
- Hours : TBD
- Setting : Outpatient
- Patient Volume : 2 to 3 per hour
- Call Schedule : 1-2x a month
