Job descriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Provider to lead our team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in our Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine departments. The role involves a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with 75% of the time dedicated to clinical duties and 25% to administrative tasks. Provide clinical care to patients in urgent care and occupational medicine settings. Lead and manage the team of APPs, offering mentorship and support. Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff for comprehensive patient care. Monitor practice performance and implement improvement strategies. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of APPs. Strong clinical skills in urgent care and occupational medicine. Effective leadership and management abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required. Current certification and licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA). Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an APP, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
