• Purpose

Independently performs service repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance work on Tractors and Agriculture equipment such as John Deere, New Holland, Case IH, and Bobcat.

• Responsibilities
• Performs repairs and maintenance on all makes and models of equipment
• Accounts for all time within DMS and for all material used in performing assigned duties
• Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and timely submittal of information
• May perform diagnosis and repair in the field
• Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities
• Actively assists in recruiting service work
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
• 2+ years of professional experience performing service repairs in a business setting or certificate / diploma from a recognized program
• Significant knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of tractors and turf equipment
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to use a forklift / skid loader, forklift certification preferred
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities
• Physical, Mental and Other Requirements :
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Climbing / using ladders
• Must pass a pre-employment background study

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
